It’s no secret that we are a fan of bacon, whether it’s an over the top burger or a questionable donut.

We fucking love bacon.

Which is why we’re super stoked about Baconfest, a greasy food frenzy featuring more than 2,000 pounds of bacon at the Zeppelin Hall Biergarten in Jersey City from January 19th until February 12th.

We’re stoked, since the last bacon festival was held in Brooklyn last fall and it didn’t disappoint.

The festival will be running for the fifth year in a row at 88 Liberty View Drive, in Jersey City, New Jersey.

According to TimeOut NY, Zeppelin will switch up its menu to include sixteen greasy new dishes from Chef Franco Robazetti, including: Bacon Pot Pie, Mexican Cheese, and Bacon Casserole.

They'll also be serving what they've dubbed The 50 Shades of Darker Bacon Burger, and the oddest title that brings up more questions than answers, Bacon Cotton Candy.

Um...Yay?

Well it’s bacon, so it can’t be too bad.

Beyond the hardcore menu, Zeppelin will feature complimentary bacon from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. every night, along with live bands and DJs.

We hope to see you there!
