Congratulations! You'll survived another rough week, and you've made it to the weekend.
You can finally crawl out of your hole, talk to people and head out for an amazing weekend around NYC.
I mean really, why else do we work other than to do fun stuff? We don't know about you, but we're literally always working for the weekend.
Okay, so yeah, your bills are important, and you need a place to crash after your long nights at the club or work (like normal people).
So with some of that extra cash you got flowing out of your pockets once those bills are paid (and because you're so adept at finding all the dope free sh*t goin' down), here are some events you should definitely go to this upcoming weekend.
You deserve this!
This food fest is way more than just baguettes and omelettes du fromage.
Such a must-do if you're tryna ball on a budget. From now until July 16th, travel to France for just lunch or dinner if that budget is keeping you in NYC this summer.

Here are all the restaurants offering some of the most delicious French cuisine this week.
2. New York Asian Film Festival 2017
How great is this?! You can see some of the most well-made movies in their purest form this weekend as the NY Asian Film Festival premieres The Taking of Tiger Mountain, Close-Knit, Suffering of Ninko, and many others this weekend. Click here for the full schedule.
FYI: Governors Island isn't just the home to Gov. Ball, my friends.
4. Arab-American and North African Street Fair
If you catch yourself strolling through the NoHo neighborhood this Saturday, check out this festival. It's going to be an amazing celebration of authentic heritage and culture. And of course, there will be outstanding food! It's one day only, so don't forget to check it out!
5. Hot n Juicy Crawfish Grand Opening
NYC's grand opening! Come check out this well-known restaurant chain and welcome them to Manhattan with some of the best-tasting crustaceans you can find. Get there this Saturday at noon to try out the city's new Cajun food hot-spot!
Sunday, July 9th
Who else loves free concerts? You know we do. So if you're in Midtown this Sunday and want to check out some chill tunes, come to the MoMA Summergarden to peruse some art and vibe out to music.
Here's your invite to the second biggest Independence Day in this year.
Join our friends in NYC's French community and the French Institute Alliance Française for a festive–and free–day of food, culture and entertainment.
Bring your striped shirts and berets to this three-block fête on 60th Street, from Fifth Avenue to Lexington Avenue from noon to 5 p.m. You can even score a free trip to Paris! With all this French wine flowing all day, how can you miss this?
