July is the month of bright skies and eclectic light shows, especially during Independence Day programming! Masterminds like Front Row Fireworks are offering up exclusive vantage points of the Macy's Fireworks Show complete with food, beverages, live entertainment, and games from Clinton Hall and Slate. If you're already booked for July 4th or want to see the sky erupt in colors for more than one night, check out these Summer-long firework events scheduled near and across the city for free or little cost.
Engel Burman's Long Beach Fireworks Display (Long Island)
Get sandy toes while taking in the sights! The City of Long Beach Fireworks Display is back and scheduled for Friday, July 8 at approximately 9:10 pm. The spectacle will be visible from any spot along the boardwalk and beachfront so set up at the beach of your choice and enjoy the fireworks.
Luna Park in Coney Island (Brooklyn)
Freakshows and fireworks! Friday nights this summer just got a little more fun. The New York Aquarium and Luna Park present the Summer Fireworks event every Friday night from June 23rd until August 25th. The evening includes an Aquatheater show along with fireworks on the beach beginning at 9:30 pm—all for free.
Philharmonic Concerts in the Park (Various Locations)
Orgasmic sounds and spectacular lights! The Great Lawn, Long Meadow Ballfields, and other locations in the city will be hosting Philharmonic concerts this Summer. Guests will enjoy the music of Wagner, Douaihy, Bruch, Dvorak, and works from the Very Young Composers program all Summer at numerous green spaces. Free summer fireworks will light up the sky following the performance!
Essex Country Fireworks Spectacular (New Jersey)

Lake George Summer Fireworks (New York)
Summer camp vibes and natural beauty! Lake George's Shepard Park is hosting 10 weekly fireworks shows for 2022! Starting July 7th, fireworks will bedazzle the sky on Thursdays at approximately 9:30 pm for 10 weeks. Additionally, The Lake George Community Band will play on Thursdays from July 7 through 28, as well as June 3. Visitors can take in the sights from the waterfront in Lake George Village between Shepard Park Beach and Million Dollar Beach.
