The World’s Fare Is Bringing This Absolutely Epic International Beer Garden to NYC 🍻🍔🍺

If you’re looking to eat and drink your way across the globe, you don’t have to buy a super expensive plane ticket that takes you around the world. It turns out that you can experience an incredible international food scene without leaving New York City. How so, you might be asking yourself?

On April 28th and 29th, The World’s Fare will make its debut in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park as it transforms the parking lot of Citi Field into one of the largest festivals celebrating New York City’s cultural diversity. This spectacular foreign affair will represent over 100 nations through food, art, innovations and cultural activities.

The main focus of The World’s Fare will be food and drink. This eating extravaganza will showcase authentic international cuisine prepared by top-notch chefs representing countless countries. The menu will be curated by a team of expert “tastemakers," led by a committee that includes chef Claus Meyer, journalist Jessica Harris, and street food aficionado, K.F. Seetoh.

A modern version of the iconic World’s Fair, last held in 1964, will be coming to Queens this spring and it’s going to include an absolutely epic international beer garden.

“The World’s Fare is an opportunity to sample some of the finest flavors the world has to offer, all in one venue,” says Meyer.

In addition to global grub, The World’s Fare will also include one of the biggest international beer gardens that Queens has ever seen. This badass beer garden, which will be located in a separate 21 years old and over area, will feature over 60 craft beers from 45 breweries around the world. That's right, for just $49, you can get tickets for two hours of unlimited beer tastings right here

According to The World’s Fare President, Joshua Schneps, “Our political climate has never called for a greater opportunity to embrace and celebrate ethnic and cultural diversity. The festival embraces everything great about New York City, its people, and its food.”
