If you've been in the city for some time, you know how many changes can occur to landmarks in the Big Apple.

But while some buildings and staples may shut down for an indefinite amount of time, one place is opening its doors once more!

The Campbell Apartment in Grand Central will be opening this May!

Remember how sad we were to see it close last April?

It's great that it's come back, with so far the only big change being the variety of booze (which is a lot) and a name change.

Oh, yeah. According to Eater NY, they've decided to drop the 'Apartment' and just keep it at 'The Campbell.' That's fine... we guess.

Scott Gerber of the Gerber Group currently holds the lease on the space, which is at $1.1 million a year. Talk about a pretty penny!

That's after he won a bidding war against Mark Grossich, the former owner, while the latter was negotiating with the MTA to sign a new lease. But hey, it's a dog-eat-dog world and it's also NYC.

The bar will also have a customized menu, but the details haven't been disclosed.

Personally, we're just happy to see that The Campbell is coming back!
