Stand up for LGBT Youth With #TheaterKidsUnite During This Tony Awards Weekend

Theater lovers and Broadway babies, rejoice!

To celebrate the impending 71st Annual Tony Awards this Sunday evening, Sycamore Pictures and the stars of its newest film, Speech and Debate, are teaming up to throw the biggest social media bash of the theatrical season.

This weekend, through Sunday's highly anticipated festivities, hop onto your favorite social media platform and use the tag #TheaterKidsUnite to join the online conversation with some of your favorite celebrities.

Sounds like fun, right?

It gets better.

From June 8th to June 11th, a portion of the proceeds from all film rentals will go to benefit the Trevor Project, the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ+ young people from the ages of 13 to 24.

Now available to rent and purchase on iTunes, Speech and Debate follows a group of three friends as they resurrect a failing debate club in order to make their own voices heard and features both biting humor and Broadway-worthy musical moments.
