Every New Yorker has had the urge to whack everyone around at one point or another. If you haven't, then you're lying to yourself, and that might be worse.
But fear not! Tomorrow you can!
Bring your fluffiest pillow to Washington Square Park on April 2nd and join the Urban Playground Movement.
The battle goes from 3p.m. to 6 p.m. in Washington Square Park, and it's more than just fun.
Afterwards, you can donate your pillow to homeless shelters around the City.
Last year, organizers collected over 1,500 pillows for the homeless.
And the fun's not over once the battle stops.
There will be live bands like Sewer Rats and a series of DJ's including BK's crazy new producer/dancer duo Thirstvision.
Much like the pillowfight donations, the afterparty benefits Dare2B, which works to empower children to break the cycle of poverty.
So get out and start a fight, with a pillow. It's for a good cause![via Pix 11] [Feature Image Courtesy EventBrite]
