Do you really need a special day to celebrate Magnolia Bakery's banana pudding?

Rhetorical questions aside, National Banana Pudding Day is coming up on Aug. 27 but Magnolia is jumping the gun with a new take on its signature dish available beginning today. 

The bakery is blending peanut butter with vanilla pudding, layered between Nutter Butter wafers, bananas and roasted salted peanuts.

The Peanut Butter Banana Pudding is available at all Magnolia Bakery locations through Aug. 28, starting at $3.75 for a small, or medium ($5.50) and large ($6.75) if you think you can handle all that richness.
