Wanna Taste Some Healthy Soft Serve Ice Cream? This Sick Pop-Up Shop Gotchu Covered

If dairy and the heaps of added sugar in traditional ice cream gives you the heebie jeebies but you still love yourself some sweet creamy goodness, your time has finally come!

From Oct 4th - 8th at Bowery Market in NoHo, you can get a taste of Kokus, the coconut cream-based soft serve brand that will be opening its own location next year.

Flavors will include lemon vanilla-tart, raw cacao, and even a special blue majik made with spirulina. Each is made with less than 8 ingredients, all of them superfoods!

Even the toppings will help your health vibe- these super food offerings will include organic fruit, roasted coconut butter, black sesame granola, and even bee pollen.

For an extra perk, the pop up will even be giving away free La Colombe coconut lattes with a purchase while supplies last!

This amazing treat is the brainchild of Carli Blum, whose own food allergies and digestive health issues inspired her to create a healthy ice cream substitute that everyone can enjoy.

You can also catch the sweet treat at Brooklyn staple Smorgasburg in Williamsburg on Saturdays and on Sundays in Prospect Park!

So no more must you choose between your happiness and your health, your diet and your desires, your macros and your munchies. At least in the realm of dessert, it looks like we can finally have it all!
