The bright, bustling shop combines the charm of a traditional Italian paninoteca with the fast-paced energy of Manhattan, where guests can watch sandwiches being assembled with meticulous attention to detail. Fresh loaves arrive daily from artisan bakery partners, meats are sliced paper-thin to order, and every ingredient is layered with precision rather than piled on for excess.
That commitment to craftsmanship is what continues to set Alidoro apart nearly 40 years after its debut. Every sandwich is built around premium imported Italian meats and cheeses, fresh vegetables, and signature house-made spreads like black garlic mustard and truffle cream, allowing each ingredient to complement the next instead of competing for attention.

Alidoro's newest location is now open at One Madison Avenue (1 Madison Ave Unit 102). The shop is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
