They See Me Pants-less: Here’s What You Need to Know About the 2017 No-Pants Subway Ride
It’s that time of year for impulses! Changes! Decisions! Getting naked!
Ok…not completely naked.
Improv Everywhere is back! And we can barely wait for their annual No Pants Subway Ride for 2017.
It’s exactly what you think it means.
As explained on ImprovEverywhere, participants ride the subway at 3:00 PM on Sunday, January 8, almost completely clothed sans pants, leggings, skirts, or anything other than undies and boxers to clothe the lower half.
From the start of the trend in 2001, the event has branched out to over thousands of pants-less volunteers and in several different states and countries. Like Russia. Props to Russia!
Don’t forget, the whole hilarity is that you keep a straight face about not wearing pants. Save the funny faces for before or after the event
Please don’t wear thongs. Or anything that may offend people. Show off your funny assets not your um….ass.
Plus after your shenanigans you can go to Bar 13 for the 5th annual No Pants Subway Ride After Party!
Shake your pantied/boxer butt to some sick bare legged DJ performances.
$15 at the door. Reasonably priced drink specials will be offered. No-pants dress code, pants check available, 21+ w/ ID.
And if you’re worried that you can’t go without pants, that’s ok. Maybe next year you can ‘pull it off’.
We’ll see ourselves out.
