Do you have room in your schedule for ONE more museum visit this summer? Among the endless array of stunning artwork NYC has to offer, this is a show you will not want to miss out on.

Whether you're an admirer of intricate installation work, architectural design, or you're just searching for a memorable and interesting night out, check out the MoMA PS1 closing party, in celebration of an incredible, interactive installation, by Jenny Sabin Studio.

The work being showcased this summer is "Lumen," winner of the The Museum of Modern Art and MoMA PS1’s annual Young Architects Program.

The Young Architects Program offers a platform for showcasing rising architectural talent, with the incredible opportunity to design a temporary, outdoor installation. The challenge however, is that the work must provide shade, seating, and water. Cool right?

This year's overwhelmingly immense installation, somehow incorporated over 1 million yards of digitally knitted fiber... Try and wrap your head around that for a moment, 1 MILLION yards, that's around 600 miles.

Incredibly, the "Lumen" actually changes throughout the day, reacting to changes in sunlight and even responding to the various body densities of visitors walking through it.

Come celebrate the installation's final weekend with "Night at the Museum: 'Lumen'", at MoMA PS1. Many would argue that "Lumen" can only be fully experienced and appreciated at night, when it is lit up with vibrantly colorful light emissions. Unfortunately this will be one of your last chances to see it!

The closing celebration will be held on Thursday, August 31st, admission is $15, MoMA members $13, or for you fortunate MoMA PS1 members, it's free!

In addition to viewing the incredible installation, the museum will also be opening up the rest of it's exhibits for guests to explore. Featured artists include: Maureen Gallace, Tomas Rafa, and Ian Cheng, who's work will unfortunately be leaving the MoMA PS1 this September.
