Got that Spring feeing? So do we. 

The weather has been so incredible the past few days that we're itching for some spring cuisine. 

So imagine our delight to hear that a Hot N Juicy Crawfish will be making their way to Chelsea in May, right in time for warmer weather and outdoor boozing. 

According to DNAinfo, the Cajun-style eatery serving up delicious fresh crawfish by the pound will be located at 243 West 14th Street.

Hot N Juicy Crawfish currently has 10 locations, but this is its first in New York City. 

Apart from crawfish, the new seafood spot will offer items like their "Get Your Feet Wet" meal, with a pound of crawfish, a pound of shrimp, a dozen Andouille sausages, as well as sides of corn an potatoes. 

Not feeling up for the spice? The Hot N Juicy Crawfish menu allows you to pick a spice level from mild, medium, spicy, to extra spicy.

They also offer items like seasonal crabs, lobster, clams, fried catfish, chicken wings, and etouffee. 

In their filing with the Community Board 4, the eatery stated their "concept is like no other in New York and will certainly serve the public convenience because no one else is doing this.

Maybe it's just because of the warm weather, or maybe it's just because we're hungry enough to eat a five pounds of crawfish and lobster, but we're seriously pumped for Hot N Juicy Crawfish to open their doors.
