You may have noticed the pop-up Christmas tree shops all around New York City lately.
In the suburbs and rural places around the country, most people have a car and plenty of room to fiddle with a big 'ol tree. That's actually part of the fun, wondering if you're tying the tree to the roof of your car properly. It could fly off at any moment.
Then driving very slowly through the snow with a piece of the forest fastened above your head, cold air creeping through the cracks in the windows.

There's an app called Handy that helps you book cleaning services and handymen that's offering a free Christmas tree for a limited time, through December 17th.
First, you'll need to download the Handy app and create a log in. You don't need to book a service to do so, and you can easily cancel it if you don't want it.

Hit the "Request a Christmas Tree" button and enter your delivery time, or go over to the Handy blog and request one there.
