Watch This Social Experiment of a Muslim Walking Through the Streets of NYC

Just this week, we covered this story about a Muslim standing on the streets of New York City and Paris, blindfolded, asking for hugs from New Yorkers and Parisians alike.

It was a truly touching video and social experiment, and the heartfelt responses from folks in the streets of NYC and Paris absolutely inspired us to simply be better.

So it was only a matter of time until someone decided to do this, a more lighthearted of sorts social experiment, right? Right.

Recently, Ahmad Zeidan walked the streets of New York City dressed as an Muslim (also wearing a backpack) and was followed by a camera to record the reactions of New Yorkers.

We could go into a long-winded discussion here about the social ramifications of doing such an experiment on Halloween of all days, but we will just leave this right here.

For you to watch. And then you can either SMH or LOL... your call.

P.S., Happy Thanksgiving, New Yorkers!
