Public Advocate Letitia James and Landlord Watchlist have officially released their 2015 list of the worst New York City landlords in 2015.
The worst landlord of the bunch? Bronx landlord Ved Parkash with an incredible 2,235 violations in 11 different buildings. And you thought your landlord was bad news, right?
