After hearing this story, one's gotta wonder... when will the New York City rat madness end?

Just yesterday, a tourist by the name of Don Richards told Fox that he was waiting for a train on President Street in Brooklyn when he filmed the borderline... well, unbelievable. 

He saw a man passed out on the subway platform, leaning up against a staircase wall, when a rat climbed atop the man's chest and startled him awake. 

Amazingly enough, this man's cell phone dropped during all of the madness and it incredibly managed to snap off a selfie of the rat as it scurried off him and away. 

We know... this story's almost too good to be true, right?
