Is this what the end of the world is like?
In what might be the worst news to hit New York State burrito lovers ever, the Centers for Disease Control officially released an update about the E. coli infections connected to several Chipotles across the United States-- and the news isn't good.
The report indicates that six states are now linked to the outbreak, and yes, you guessed it. New York is on that list.
As of now, at least one person in Amherst, New York has become sick as result of this infection.

According to the CDC: "The epidemiologic evidence available at this time suggests that a common meal item or ingredient served at Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurants in several states is a likely source of this outbreak."
Of the 45 people who have fallen ill, a resounding 43 have eaten at a Chipotle Mexican Grill within a week of getting sick.
Fortunately, no one has died as a result. So what should New Yorkers do in all of this, you might ask yourself?
