You read that right, and we are essentially jumping out of our seats for joy on the brilliance of this one.
This Saturday Night Live season has been mostly great. Miley Cyrus delighted us, Amy Schumer blew us out of our seats, and Tracy Morgan knocked it out of the park.
It's true, SNL hit a snag with Donald Trump, but they made it up to us by featuring a montage of Donald Trump making funny noises the next week, so we forgive them.
We especially forgive them after the news that the comedy duo that brought us Mean Girls and Baby Mama, and are bringing us Sisters later this year, will be hosting SNL on December 19th.
That's right: Tina Fey and Amy Poehler will be hosting SNL on December 19th, and we're predicting one of those cancel-our-plans-and-watch-SNL-instead Saturday nights. AKA, the best Saturday nights.

The musical guest that night will be none other than Bruce Springsteen, the boss himself. Apparently he decided Chris Christie's town was full of losers, and that he'd pull out of there for a win.
Hopefully, Tina and Amy will do "Weekend Update" together, since it really hasn't been the same since they stopped (except for Seth Meyers, of course). Will Amy Poehler and Kate McKinnon team up to play Hilary together? Only time will tell.
Ultimately, SNL does not need to buy us anything at any of NYC's holiday markets. Our holidays have already been made.

In the meantime, Ryan Gosling will host on December 5th, and Chris Hemsworth will host on December 12th. We've got to say, both of those fine gentlemen are pretty nice appetizers to lead up to Amy Poehler and Tina Fey.
We're also pretty amped for Matthew McConaughey and Adele this week, too.
Are we excited? The word excited doesn't even begin to cover it, but yeah. You could say we're excited.
