Make sure to ask for "toum," the namesake lemony garlic spread, and spread it on! The truck location changes daily so check toumNYC.com but every Wed it's at 47th b/t park ave & Lexington ave 11a-3p. Before the sandwich is folded into quesadilla-like slices, minced beef w/ onion & spices is spread on a thin, grilled flaky Lebanese bread and piled with lettuce, tomato, thinly sliced onions, pickles, and mayo. I repeat, ask for toum and add with every bite. Ask for the owner Simon and tell him NYC Food Guy sent you.
