Last Night's Union Square Vigil for Paris Broke Out in Song to France's National Anthem

Upon receiving the tragic news from Paris yesterday evening, we informed you of Governor Cuomo's order for One World Trade's spire to light up in blue, white, and red

Another sign of New York City's unbridled support-- for what has been an absolutely horrific series of events for the world to have to witness-- was last night's impromptu Union Square vigil for the victims of yesterday's terrorist attacks in Paris. 

Watch below as most people were simply sitting in silence, before deciding to break out in song to France's national anthem, "La Marseillaise."

We stand and pray alongside with you, Paris. Vive la France.
