This NYC pie phenomenon was founded in 2010 by two sisters, Melissa and Emily, who were born in South Dakota.
Luckily for us, they opened up shop in Brooklyn, and have been knocking out incredible, seasonal pies to this day.
If you're looking to order whole pies for Thanksgiving, their selection is limited to "Salted Honey," "Salted Caramel Apple," "Brown Butter Pumpkin," or "Bittersweet Chocolate Pecan." You can order on their website by choosing your pies, your pickup day and location, and pre-pay for your treats.
Make sure you also grab yourself a slice of their "Bourbon Pear Crumble," because you deserve it.
2. Petee's Pie Company (61 Delancey Street)
Petee's Pie Company was based on a simple concept: "make the best pie money can buy using real ingredients."
In order to live up to their motto, their 9-inch pies are made from scratch with the freshest ingredients. They strive to use products of New York state, including the grassfed butter and organic NY state flour that is used in the crust.
We'd suggest ordering the "Salty Chocolate Chess," or the "Cranberry Apple." If you're looking to appease all dietary restrictions, Petee's offers gluten-free and vegan options.

If you're looking for a pie or cake from Two Little Red Hens for the week of Thanksgiving, you need to get your order in by November 15th.
For the Thanksgiving week, they're offering "Pumpkin," "Apple," and "Pecan & Chocolate Pecan" pies.
We really love their traditional "Pumpkin Pie," finished with a sprinkle of candied pumpkin seeds. But if you think you'd fare better with an apple pie, theirs is made using three different types of apples for well-rounded flavor.
We'd also suggest checking out their "Pumpkin Harvest" cake for all the pie haters. It's a pumpkin cake made with apricot pumpkin cream cheese frosting and a buttercream fall leaf decoration.

The Little Pie Company's pies are locally sourced, and handmade in small batches.
If you'd like one of their delicious pies, you need to order by Monday, November 16. We recommend ordering their "Sweet Potato Pie," or "Southern Pecan Pie."
5. The Blue Stove (415 Graham Avenue - Brooklyn)
We're pretty obsessed with this cute little bakery.
If you want to secretly pass off a pie as your own, you may want to resist the urge to do it from here.
Even though their pie dough is individually rolled out and hand decorated, there's no way you can pass off these beautiful pies as your own (unless you do this for a living... which most people don't).
They are currently accepting orders for Thanksgiving off of their limited menu. We recommend their "Molasses Pecan Pie," or their "Pear Ginger Crisp Pie." You won't be disappointed.

You normally wouldn't think to go to an Italian bakery for Thanksgiving treats, but you cannot go wrong with their "Boston Cream Pie."
This cake called a pie has been made with the original secret recipe since Conti's inception.
"Boston Cream Pie" isn't what people would expect you to bring to the Thanksgiving table, but it's so delicious that no one will question your decision.
7. Martha's Country Bakery (various locations)
Sometimes you just really want a good ol' American classic the way that your mom used to make it. If that's what you're feeling this Thanksgiving, check out Martha's Country Bakery.
We know that our Uncles have asked us plenty of times for a traditional cherry pie, which you can grab here.
We also recommend their "Sour Cream Apple," for those people who don't really love dessert. It's not overly sweet, which is a common flaw in most apple pies.
8. Sweet Chef Southern Style Bakery (122 Hamilton Place)
This tiny bakery has flown under the radar. It's a bakery making all of their items from scratch, and, as they say, "from the heart."
Additionally, these pies won't break the bank. With their large pies priced at $15, they're the best deal on this list.
We'd recommend the "Sweet Potato Pie" or the "Pecan Pie."
9. Butter & Scotch (818 Franklin Avenue- Brooklyn)
