Starbucks is known for kicking off the beginning of social seasons.
Their "Pumpkin Spice Latte" sparks the official date when basic guys and gals can replace their Rainbow sandals with their Ugg boots. It marks that date that it becomes socially acceptable to start gushing about how fall is the best season.
Since Halloweekend is now behind us, it's only fitting for Starbucks to roll out their seasonal red cups, which look a more red different this year.
It may be just us, but we think the graphic designers at Starbucks have taken a bit of a lengthy vacay and missed the deadline for their new design, resulting in a bland, boring red cup sans any holiday cheer.

Luckily for us, we can sip on a peppermint latte while donned in Ugg boots walking through the garland draped holiday markets to drown out our inner Grinch and get us in the mood to watch Elf on re-run.
Because the holidays (and Starbucks red cups) only come once a year!
