In what might be the biggest and best Halloween prank we've ever seen, Casey Neistat and the folks over at PrankvsPrank rigged an electric skateboard and had it "fly" through the streets of New York City, complete with Aladdin riding atop and all. 

Have you ever seen New Yorkers' minds get completely blown away? If not, brace yourselves.
