If you haven't noticed by now (which is next-to-near impossible for anyone who's left their apartment today), after almost three weeks of absolutely no real rain in and around New York City, we're getting absolutely slammed with some serious rain.
And tonight doesn't look any better. So what's going on, you might be asking yourself? Well, it's pretty simple.
Hurricane Patricia, which hit Mexico and Texas last week and weekend, respectively, is cause for a bunch of humidity today-- as if you and your hair haven't already noticed that, right?

Combine that with a bunch of tropical moisture coming from the Midwest, and that all equals up to about an inch of rain today, and another one to two inches tonight.
