Everybody at Jimmy Kimmel Live! got a huge treat yesterday, and no, it wasn't just because they got to see the show in Brooklyn (though that should be enough, right?)

Nope. Jimmy Kimmel got through just a little bit of his monologue before Christopher Lloyd and Michael J. Fox (Doc and Marty) crashed the set in their DeLorean time machine. 

Yep, "Back to the Future Day" hit the deck at 88 mph, and everyone went a little crazy. 

We went a little crazy, Lyft got a little crazy, everyone got down for Back to the Future, with the joke of the day being mostly, "Yeah, the future does kind of suck."

So check out the Back to the Future takeover of Jimmy Kimmel below and we can all go back to dreaming of Doc, Morty, flying cars, a world without Biff, sports almanacs from the future, and wishing Christopher Lloyd was still doing movies (like, really. Where'd he go?).
