One of the most notable chefs of our time has risen to success over the course of 30 years without ever opening a restaurant in the chaotic and competitive New York City restaurant industry...that is, until now.

Hold on to your butts and guts NYC.

Wolfgang Puck has announced that he would bring his steakhouse, Cut, to NYC next summer.

Like the other six locations, the NYC Cut will be located in a hotel, in the new Four Seasons near the World Trade Center.

In the past, Puck has stated that "the location was not right, or we as a team were not ready."

However, lucky for Manhattanites, Wolfgang Puck, who has been cooking formally since the age of 14, now feels that "the timing is right."

Puck's other locations of Cut have been considered one of the top steakhouses in the US.

Cut current locations include Beverly Hills, Las Vegas, Singapore, London, Dubai, and Bahrain.

It's large menu will include a choice of 10 steaks, over 24 sauces, and a plethora of toppings and sides.

If you're like us, and need to prep yourself with some amazing steaks before this power steakhouse opens its doors, try one of these NY steakhouse icons.
