This full-service bakery is located in the heart of Williamsburg. All of their baked goods are prepared in small batches, and their pies are all made, rolled, and decorated by hand. So it's no surprise it's so delicious.

They use fresh, seasonal, wholesome ingredients with no substitutes or fillings. It's easily one of the best bakeries we'e ever been to in our lives.

François Payard is a third-generation pastry chef who cultivated his passion for pastries by growing up in his grandfather's shop. He learned the artistry and refinement of desserts in Paris. He uses all of this knowledge to whip up the most incredible pumpkin pie, let us tell you.

The pie is finished with a layer of torched meringue that's been known to convert nonbelievers into pie enthusiasts. It's filled with crystallized ginger with a hint of orange, and goes perfectly with that chilly weather and those banging fall leaves.
