Brooklyn may have the best beer in the city, but if you try out some of these sweet deals, you’ll find that you can have as much as you can chug down (or casually sip) for the best prices around too.
1. duckduck (161 Montrose Avenue)
A dive bar with great (see: cheap) drinks and a good vibe, duckduck has expanded from its original size but preserved its divey charm.
We’re going to be perfectly honest- you can get a great deal at duckduck basically any time of night, seeing as they serve up tasty but thrifty cocktails and a reasonably priced beer selection.
Their happy hour however occurs every day of the week and offers up two-for-one deals on draft Rolling Rock, Narragansett lager, and well drinks. You can also get a dollar off of almost all the other drinks.
The always available beer and shot bargains that are nothing to frown at either. It may not have any late night eats to offer you, but this dive bar has character and a whole lot of alcohol on the cheap.
2. Chavela’s (736 Franklin Avenue)
This Crown Heights bar and restaurant has the perfect happy hour combination of food and booze to turn your day into something spectacular.
In effect from 4-7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, you can get $1 off all tacos as well as drink deals that include $4 beers, $5 Micheladas, $6 sangrias, and $7 margaritas.
The tequila and mezcal choices here are abundant and appetizing, and the delicious Mexican food will give you the strength to keep going strong all evening.
3. Fritzl’s Lunchbox (173 Irving Avenue)

A Bushwick eatery famous for their delectable burger cooking, Fritzl’s has a strong command over their drink game as well.
This restaurant may not be open late, but the happy hour offers half off Narragansett and two wines. So you can pay $2.50 for a tall boy and sip on a glass of wine for a meager $3.50 if you time it right.
The food here is not to be missed, and they even have some interesting non-alcoholic drink offerings- the brown sugar lemonade and Earl Grey kombucha especially, which are only three dollars.
4. The Charleston (174 Bedford Avenue)

This Williamsburg eatery’s happy hour can be found in effect every weekday from 12-8pm. You can quench your thirst with a dollar off all draft beers, well drinks, as well as a five dollar shot and beer deal.
The best part? You get a free personal pizza with every drink purchased. Yep, that means you can eat and drink basically as much as you can handle for an absurdly cheap price tag.
No need to worry about where you’ll get your late night eats when you drink here. Cheap drinks and free pizza- sounds good to us.
,5. Tutu’s (25 Bogart Street)
If you stop by Tutu’s on a weekday between 4 and 8, you will be far from disappointed. You can throw back drafts and well drinks that are two for the price of one.
The gastropub food served here is nothing to frown at either.
An array of meaty main dishes and some killer starters to share (rosemary shallot fries and popcorn monkfish) give this eatery an appealing spread of savory food and drink.
The homey atmosphere makes Tutu’s the perfect stop to unwind with dinner and some drinks after a long day.
6. Pearl’s Social and Billy Club (40 St Nicholas Avenue)

Pearl’s is a Bushwick neighborhood favorite. A quirky pub named after the owner's grandmother that has an unexpected nautical theme, you can come by for on a weekday from 2-8pm for one dollar off tap beer and well drinks.
There is even a Sunday happy hour offered from noon to four. That’s right, four in the morning. Luckily they also brew a dope iced coffee to keep you going long and hard.
This is not a bar to mess around- even though the bartenders may be friendly and laid back, they take their drink deals seriously.
The scene here is chill, making it the perfect place to meet with friends and have some good conversation, good drinks, and a great whiskey ginger.
7. Superfine (126 Front Street)

Superfine is a hidden gem in DUMBO with an old-school feel and some (obviously) great deals.
Head over Tuesday-Friday from 3-7pm and you can enjoy well drinks at the insane price of three-fifty, and draft beers for three dollars.
Yep, that’s less than half of what you’ll regularly pay at most places. If you’re keen on getting right to business and getting your drink on straight and simple after a long day, then Superfine definitely has your back.
8. Three Diamond Door (211 Knickerbocker Avenue)
A newer bar to grace Knickerbocker Avenue, The Three Diamond Door is well known for its bright red door and dog welcoming policy.
It’s a vintage looking bar with special cocktail deals on the weekend and a long happy hour offered from 2-8pm on weekdays.
During happy hour here you can snag all drafts and wines for a dollar off, as well as select shots and well drinks.
An open front and back patio give plenty of seating options, and if you’re lucky, you’ll even find a puppy or two to pet in between tossing back beverages.
