Coca-Cola's amazing 90s "citrus-flavored soda," Surge, is back. It's the first discontinued brand ever to be resurrected from the Coca-Cola graveyard, and for this we are grateful.

Surge lived large from 1996 to 2003, and after a brief reissue via Amazon in 2014, physical locations across the United States are now carrying the soda that defies categories.

It wasn't advertised as having "twice the caffeine" as Jolt, and it has "carbos." Was that something we were supposed to want?

The now cult classic commercial featuring kids going bonkers in an urban-themed American Gladiators game is hysterical, but that doesn't mean we're not talking serious business.

The opportunities for enjoying Surge in adulthood are bountiful, and we're happy to be serving a Surge-based cocktail at The Dopest TBT Ever,  which is going down next Thursday at Hudson Terrace--- you can RSVP right here.

The first hour is open bar, and it's 90s-themed night.

Come kick it with us! You're encouraged to wear your acid washed overalls (cris-cross style, duh) and Reebok pumps, but you don't have to.

Bottom line is, we promise more 90s jams than you will know what to do with.
