The 8th Annual Coney Island Beard and Moustache Competition is almost here, and just in time to get ready for No Shave November (better known as Movember). 

This competition is going down on Saturday, September 5th in Coney Island at Sideshows by the Seashore, and it's definitely on the wackier side of the competitive facial hair scene. 

Hosted by Don Jamieson of VH1's That Metal Show and "The One Man Coney Island Circus Sideshow" Adam Realman, it's sure to be full of hipster sights to behold.

There are eight categories including ‘Ballyhoo Beard,’ the best beard in show; ‘Hokum and Hoodwinked’ for the best fake beard or mustache; and ‘Carny Trash,’ the worst in show.

Aside from the zany whiskers, the show will feature an "incredible sideshow entertainment by Miss Coney Island 2015, Betty Bloomerz, Serpentina as well as the comedy magic of 'Uncle' Jim Daly."

There will also be vendors hocking hats, hair/beard products, and of course... hummus. Because hipsters, amirite?

Tickets are going for $20 (in advance and at the door) and registration is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. tomorrow, at which time the judging will begin.

So get brushing, blow drying and waxing, because this competition is sure to be... stiff. So see you there or nah?
