Grayson Altenberg moved from Wisconsin to New York City, and he was warmly welcomed by his 100-foot Upper West Side apartment. (We even covered his apartment before. Check it out right here.)

"My living room is Central Park," Altenberg recently told The Village Voice. He also said he has a very, very giant kitchen-- at his restaurant job at Lincoln Center.

Altenberg said he chose his apartment because it was five minutes from his job, and that before moving to his current apartment, he lived with two roommates in Brooklyn.

Altenberg's apartment has no kitchen or stove, and his shower is right next to his sink, but he did just buy an air conditioner.

He said this addition makes his $1,100 per month apartment much more comfortable.

When Altenberg's apartment was on the market, its listing read with such quips as, "This apartment is so small you can't have three friends over at the same time," and "It's so small you can't gain weight once you move in."
