In case you've been living under a rock for a while, you've probably heard about LCD Soundsystem's James Murphy doubling down on his efforts (with help from Heineken) to turn the subway turnstile sounds into a glorious symphony

It's a great idea. We'd like it to happen. It would make the subway experience a little better, right?

But really, who the hell in their right mind thinks that the MTA cares about James Murphy or Heineken?

Now in reality, the project is at a dead end. It's no secret that Murphy has a great idea and Heineken is good at backing awesome things-- but the MTA isn't giving in to the idea. (Probably because it has bigger problems, namely keeping the subways running on time, right?)

But now there's another genius who has an idea that could change the subway sounds too. Jason Selvig thinks it would be better to replace those annoying turnstile tones with nice, smooth farts.

That's right. Good ones. You know, real juicy ones. Check it out below.
