Pop fans were on the edge of their seat worldwide when U2 frontman Bono was involved in a motorcycle accident in New York City, leaving him severely injured last year. 

It's no surprise that the most charitable dude in music history (or at least the guy famous for talking about his charity the most) took some time during U2's latest concert at Madison Square Garden this week to express his gratitude to the firefighters of Engine 44 who responded, as well as the most conceded person ever: the woman who actually called 911 that day.

Now the firefighters of Engine 44 seem like true bosses. They're chill, they're glad to help, they invited Bono over to drink Jamison, they're our kind of people.

  The woman who called 911 though, she may need the firefighters of Engine 44 to help remove her foot from her mouth and her head from her you-know-what. 

"Alyssa from D.C." was seemingly burned by the fact that Bono got her hometown wrong. He mistakenly introduced her as "Alyssa from Denver." But we're pretty sure if Alyssa was from Denver, she wouldn't have been nearly as mean, you know?

Alyssa, who we think really hails from atop a high horse, rather than Denver or D.C., went on talk some real crap about the entirety of NYC-- right from the middle of MSG-- and New Yorkers weren't having any of it.

Unfortunately, the video cuts out just after "People, he wouldn't be here tonight if it weren't for me!" 

But you know what, this woman is actually winning because she's probably the only person ever to top Bono's self-absorption through his own mic.
