In this scorching heat, what could be better than a crazy ice cream concoction or two? Well, besides a cup of shaved snow cream?

Ice cream rolls! That's what!

All the way at the end of Mott Street, there's a Thai-style ice cream shop called 10Below and their ice cream roll ups are causing a summer splash. And by summer splash, we mean very long lines. 

If you have to sweat all day, at least you'll get to eat an ice cream roll frozen on a 10 degrees below zero surface, which we're pretty sure is the origin of 10Below's name.

According to Gothamist, these rolls are so delicious that 10Below's patrons are willing to wait in a continuously replenishing 45-minute line to get their hands on them.

Varieties like Cookies Monster with Oreos and Mo Money, Mo Mangos. 10Below has eight different ice cream roll flavors, and they also plan to change the menu every week.
