Hey, New York City! We have some good news and we have some bad news. Which do you want first?

Oh, you want the good news first? Great. Well, TripAdvisor rated Juliana's Pizza the best pizzeria in the United States.

Which is amazing, but not really new news for us. We kinda already knew we're only a subway ride away from the delicious Juliana's (19 Old Fulton Street - Brooklyn).

This pizza joint was opened in 2012 by legendary pizza creationist Patsy Grimaldi, and is set under the Brooklyn Bridge at Grimaldi's original location.

But come on, admit it: it makes perfect sense that the most delicious pizza in America would be nestled in NYC. The fact that the best pizzeria in America is in NYC makes about as much sense to us as gravity.

But sadly, and believe us we just stopped crying, Chicago was rated by TripAdvisor as the number one U.S. pizza city. We followed up in second place, and New Haven came in third place.

The biggest surprise on this list-- besides our devastating loss to Chicago-- is that Orlando came in fourth. What, what?!

And at least we've got these handy vacation tips if that news made you want to pack up and visit Chi-Town. The pizzerias TripAdvisor suggests you chow down at there are Chicago Pizza & Oven Grinder, Lou Malnati's Pizzeria - River North, and Giordano's.

The spots in this city that TripAdvisor says we should all be eating from are, of course, Juliana's, Keste, and John's Pizzeria on Bleecker Street.

So now start crossing them off your NYC food bucket list, will ya?
