Seriously, These Chicken Wings Are Absolutely En Fuego: 5 Spots for the Hottest Hot Wings in NYC

Some people judge wings by their size or juiciness. Others judge them by the variety of sauces that a restaurant offers. But, we’re not here to talk about the garlic parmesan or the BBQ honey.

We’re here to talk about the hot wings.

So let's cut to the chase. We’re bringing you the 5 spots in New York City to get the spiciest wings. Now go out 'n get 'em!

1. Pluck U (230 Thompson Street)

The death sauce wings at Pluck U not only put the F’s in fire flames, but capitalizes the hell out of them, puts em' in bold, italics, and ends it all with the bombastic flare of an exclamation point.

So. Good.

We're huge fans of these wings. They’re super spicy and they’re really well-cooked. All around great wings.

2. Kyo Chon (319 5th Avenue)

davidforbes204 Spicy, Korean fried chicken from #Kyochon NYC. When I say spicy, it burns your eyes just looking at it but it is very addictive. Apart from the pepper heat, the skin is crispy and the meat is moist, these boys know how to do it! #friedchicken #friedchickenisthenewblack #food #foodporn #korea #koreanfood #NYC #junkfood #takeout

Yeah, don't sleep on Korean fried chicken. Too many people do, and it astounds us.

Kyo Chon brings a heavy hand of heat out of the kitchen and just throws it right in your face. You can feel the burn before you ever even taste them.

They are painfully spicy; so spicy that steam comes out of your ears like a Bugs Bunny cartoon. Like, not really, but there's a reason cartoon characters do that, and it just might be Kyo Chon.

3. Blind Pig (233 East 14th Street)

Make sure you grab a glass of milk because the nuclear wings at Blind Pig really, really bring the heat.

These are some of the spiciest wings in the city.

4. The Wing Bar (275 Smith Street - Brooklyn)

This place is very tight. Their buffalo wings are pretty spicy and very reasonably priced.

While these might not be the absolute spiciest wings in NYC, they’re quite easily still some of the best.

5. Buffalo Jo’s Wings (6220 Forest Avenue - Queens)

The dragon’s breath wings at Buffalo Jo’s Wings bring the heat from the very first bite.

If you really love spicy food, then these are some of the spiciest wings you can have. They'll have you pacing around the room, sweating after just two wings.
