Just last week, the tallest freestanding crane ever in New York City's history was erected, so it could build what will become the tallest luxury high-rise in this city's history.
The 220-foot crane was put in place to build SHoP's 57th Street Tower, which will ultimately ascend to 1,428 feet.
The bronze, glass, and terracotta tower will be 32 feet taller than 432 Park, currently NYC's tallest luxury high-rise.
This building is set to be completed in 2017, and apartments will start at just $14 million.
So yeah, you should probably start saving up now for one of these amazing luxury apartments. Or maybe you can just enjoy the view from the street?
