Remember last year's most viral video? (Well, just in case you don't, take a stroll down viral video memory lane below.)
24-year-old Shoshana Roberts wore jeans and a crewneck t-shirt, and spent ten hours walking silently throughout Manhattan. As she was catcalled 108 times in 10 hours.
Now, Roberts is filing a lawsuit against filmmaker Robert Bliss, who filmed the video by strapping a hidden camera to his backpack and walking in front of her.
She's also suing the nonprofit anti-harassment group Hollaback!, YouTube, Google, and TGI Friday's (who parodied the video in an advertisement) for more than $500,000, according to the NY Post.
Roberts told The Village Voice she was paid only $200 to participate in the campaign.
"It's frustrating when the nonprofit gets donations, and the director gets ad revenue, and I get people wanting to slit my throat," Roberts said.
We feel you, Roberts. We also bet Bliss wishes he included Roberts on a bit more of the profits right about now.
