What's up for this glorious summer week, you might be wondering? Well, we have some amazing news for you.
We've compiled 10 of this week's hottest New York City events into one handy calendar, so you know exactly what's popping in our amazing city this week.

1. French Restaurant and Bastille Week
Did you get down and dirty at Bastille Day this past Sunday? Are you not ready to call it quits on all the French fun? Well, then, we have excellent news for you.
This week is the 6th edition of French Restaurant Week, and participating restaurants will offer their deletable cuisine for $25 lunches and $38 dinners.
French Restaurant week partners with Action Against Hunger International, and is dedicated to bringing hunger relief in communities around the world.
So you get to have a delicious, inexpensive meal, and help end the global hunger crises. Sounds great to us.
Tuesday 7/14
2. Celebrate Flatiron Chefs (Madison Square Park)

Do you love eating? Yeah, same. Obviously. Tonight, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Celebrate Flatiron Chefs will be held in Madison Square Park.
This outdoor tasting celebration is a one-of-a-kind event, featuring amazing dishes prepared by top-name chefs in the Flatiron district and beyond. Tickets are $200.

Wednesday, July 15th
3. Sunset Pilates at Brooklyn Bridge Park
Take an evening stroll over the Brooklyn Bridge as a warm-up, then take a free Body in Balance studio Pilates class.
Once your muscles are invigorated and the sun has set, leave feeling completely refreshed. Class members need to bring their own mat and dyna-band.
4. Summer On the Hudson Picture Show (Pier 1 - Riverside Park)
Grab a blanket, a sneaky bottle of your favorite beverage (yes, it can be lemonade. And no, we won't judge if you splash your lemonade with vodka) and your favorite chips.
The Natural is playing at 8 p.m. on Wednesday outdoors in the Hudson River Park, and it's bound to be a glorious event. But, we're not the only ones who will have this idea.
So, grab your pals and get there way before 8 p.m. You know, you can just talk about life before the movie starts... no big deal, right?
Thursday, July 16th
5. Broadway in Bryant Park (42nd Street b/t 5th and 6th Avenues)
If you love amazing singing, exhilarating dancing, and crowds, head to Broadway in Bryant Park for the World's Best Lunch Break.
Pack some sandwiches, some cookies, and chow down while the stars of Finding Neverland, Chicago, Sistas: The Musical, and Mama Mia! sing.

,6. Movie Night on the Intrepid (Air and Space Museum - Pier 86, West 46th Street and 12th Avenue)
Haven't gotten enough NYC outdoor movies? Love the stars, and films about outer space?
Then come to the Intrepid Museum for its free feature films on the flight deck under the stars. Really, what better way is there to spend a summer evening? Thursday night's movie is Moon.

Friday, July 17th
7. South Street Seaport Food & Film Festival
Every Friday this summer, fashion designer Christian Benner will be keeping rock and roll alive outside his music inspired shop, located at 189 Front Street.
There will be happy hour, amazing music, and 20% off leather jackets and custom distressed t-shirts.
8. Fireworks on the Coney Island Boardwalk
Didn't get enough fireworks on the Fourth of July? We didn't think so.
What better way is there to celebrate the arrival of the weekend than by watching fireworks explode on the Coney Island Boardwalk?
That's right, there isn't one. Check these fireworks from 9:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. this Friday, and every Friday until August 21st.
Saturday, July 18th
9. Body Painting Day (Dag Hammarskjold Plaza - 47th Street between First and Second Avenues)
On Saturday, 75 artists will paint 100 naked models from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. outside Dag Mammarskjold Plaza. Then, at 4 p.m., they'll stage a naked march to the United Nations.
This is a day to celebrate body painting, body acceptance, and human connection through art. It's 100% legal, and will definitely be extremely memorable.

Sunday, July 19th
10. Grace Jamaican Jerk Festival (Roy Wilkins Park - Queens)
Enjoy amazing music and even better food this Sunday at the 5th Annual Jamaican Jerk Festival.
This event will combine foodies and reggae music lovers. Dance aficionados will be jamming out, and food lovers will satisfy their pallets. 20,000 cultural enthusiasts will enjoy New York's biggest Caribbean food festival this weekend.
