Ever spent hours at an airport due to a pesky layover? Odds are, you don't look back on that time very fondly.
Now, in a groundbreaking development at JFK Airport, that will all change-- with the advent of this open-air roof deck at JetBlue Terminal.
Aside from the fact that this open-air space will provide high-quality sun lounging, you can also bring your dog, grub on ice cream from Blue Marble, and even knock back a few hot dogs from Hebrew National. Holla!
This is just another reason to fly JetBlue at JFK, who just opened this T5 Rooftop on July 1st.
It also offers a spectacular view of Manhattan, and a variety of plants like oak leaved hydgrangeas, lilyturf and sweetsphire-- which will help, you know, if you've been missing nature in this concrete jungle
The one downfall is that all its grass is synthetic, but hey, you can't win 'em all, right? Regardless, this 4,046-square-foot rooftop is most definitely an improvement to the airport game in New York City.
Now check out these incredible photos of this rooftop lounge below.
