Good news, New Yorkers: the Coney Island Mermaid Parade takes place on Saturday, June 20th at 1 p.m.

According to ConeyIsland.com, the parade showcases over 3,000 creative individuals from all five boroughs and beyond, commencing the summer with art, spirit, and community pride.

Want to be a part of what's sure to be a completely wild and amazing event? You can. (Just keep in mind motorcycles are no longer allowed on the parade route. And if you want to bring a horse or any other animals, you need permission from Parade Management.)
