Well, Vinnie's, a Brooklyn pizzeria, applied this existential concept to the consumption of pizza... naturally.
Because what existential concept shouldn't be applied to the consumption of pizza? The idea is to put a bunch of little tiny pieces of pizza on one big piece of pizza.

Or you might just be confused about whether you should ever stop eating pizza.

As Jimmy Kimmel (hyperbolically) states in the video below, "this pizza is already the 2nd leading cause of death in America."
Which obviously isn't true, but these pizzas have sold a lot of slices-- as in, over 1,000 in the first week.
