Memorial Day Weekend has come and gone, which means it's the unofficial start to Summer 2015.

New York City is cooking up some serious sizzlers for June, and we just couldn't wait any longer to share them all with you.

From celebrating Gay Pride in your favorite rainbow colors on floats to southern-style music festivals, we've got you covered with 7 of the hottest ways to spend your June in New York City this summer.

1. Outer Thoughts (June 20th) 

More than just an art exhibition, the annual Outer Thoughts is an immersive audio and visual experience from some of Brooklyn's fast-rising artistic talent.

Also - a twenty dollar bill will get you a two-hour open bar.

Brought to you by spoiled nyc (that's us!), in partnership with OBSG and The Culture LP, it's all going down at Studio 301 in Williamsburg on June 20th, 8 p.m. - 12 a.m.

The $10 General Admission will get you in the door where you dip your mind into the artistic reflections of the world we live in, ranging from photography to surreal underground art of a graffiti artist.

The $20 Premium Admission will also get you two free drink tickets and a chance to win cool stuff from the artists, including some of the artwork.

Following last year's success, Outer Thoughts will be one of the summer's most cathartic and rawest creative events.

2. A Midsummer Night's Dream At Redwood Studios (June 18th - 21st)

Come watch FoxWolf Productions's adaption of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream in a 5,000 square foot event space at Redwood Studios in Brooklyn.

Directed by Christopher Hirsh and Alice Allemano, this adaption of A Midsummer Night's Dream has been rehearsed everywhere from the actors' apartments to good old Prospect Park, and this production truly reflects the reality of what it's like to be an actor in NYC.

You can expect a night of creativity, music, passion, poetry and revelry. After the performance audience members will be invited to stay for drinks, more music, and even more adventure. Actors will take you through trap doors, ladders and even to a speakeasy!

This is going to be one of those productions you won't be able to forget; a truly awesome experience.

3. Taste Asia Food Festival (June 26th - 27th)

The Taste Asia Food Fest is a free, two-day outdoor food event taking place on June 26th and 27th in Times Square.

The live cooking event will play host to the 7th International Chinese Culinary Competition as well as offer New Yorkers tastings from the best NYC eateries and an inclusive authentic cultural experience.

If Asian food is something you love, then pass through this fantastic food festival for some tasty treats and watch the chefs cook up a storm!

4. FarmBorough Country Music Festival (June 26th - 28th)

Farmborough is New York City’s first-ever country music festival, and it’s here for three full days to bring a true taste of the south to the big, bad city.

You country-music-lovin’ people can enjoy your favorite music with awesome headliners like Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan and Brad Paisley.

Of course, no festival would be complete without some great grub and something cold (preferably alcoholic) to wash it down with.

5. The North Fork Crush Wine and Artisanal Food Festival (June 27th)

Ever dreamed of going to Napa Valley?

Well, the North Fork Crush Wine and Artisinal Food Festival brings the us the closest thing to Napa Valley's wine tasting, thankfully in a far more convenient location for New Yorkers, Long Island.

They are offering two styles of packages: General and Travel.

General Admission you an expect a three hour stretch of wine tasting from over 100 wines and North Fork's artisans food and a live jazz concert on the vineyard grounds.

The Travel Package provides transportation for you and your friends from Midtown in what sounds like a pretty swanky ride.
