Last month, the genius folks over at Huffington Post recently strapped a GoPro Cam to the helmet of Gabriel Martinez Rios, a delivery worker at the Murray Hill outlet of S'Mac (a New York City macaroni & cheese chain), to see what a day in the life of a Seamless delivery guy is truly like.

In the incredible timelapse video below, Rios bravely dodges pedestrians, buses and trucks, all the while trying to deliver food to New Yorkers in a timely manner.
