Thanks to this amazing video below, The New York Times has provided us with a great preview of what the elevator ride atop 1 World Trade Center will be like, once their observatory deck opens on May 29th.

The elevators will show an animated time-lapse that recreates the development of Lower Manhattan's skyline, from the 1500s up until today. 

Sounds too unbelievable to be true, right?
