Oh, the wonderful world of pride.
Plenty of venues are pulling out all of the stops for this upcoming pride weekend, from straight bars raising their rainbow flags, to iconic LGBT venues bringing out the best they have to offer.
It's practically impossible to not find a party to hit up this pride weekend.
But this year the McKittrick Hotel is aiming to be the event to beat this Saturday night.
The McKittrick Hotel, known as the venue for the wildly popular Sleep No More, an interactive take on Shakespeare's classic Macbeth, will be transforming into the Emerald City for a one night only costume party this Saturday, June 25th.
This event is the latest installment in the hotel's SuperCinema series, in which the hotel transforms itself into the worlds of some of our favorite classic films.
The McKittrich has previously transformed into the worlds of The Great Gatsby, Romeo & Juliet, Alice and Wonderland, and the James Bond series, each more extravagant than the last.
The Emerald City event will feature characters from The Wizard of Oz, as well as several performances that will be sure to make for an incredible evening.

There is a mandatory dress code for the event - you have to choose from a pre-approved list of costumes based on the characters in Wizard of Oz films, from Dorothy, to Glinda the Good Witch.
If you're interested in entering the World of Oz this Saturday night, grab your favorite ruby slippers and try to snag a ticket if you can.
