Ever wonder where that fish you order at one of New York City's finest restaurants comes from?

Well, obviously, it comes from the sea, but how many times does it change hands before it arrives on your plate?

This video by Potluck Video shows how F Rozzo and Sons delivers fresh, butchered, and de-boned fish to the talented, demanding chefs of NYC on a daily basis.

As a 4th generation fish wholesaler, Louis Rozzo brings Potluck Video into the fish prep area of their Chelsea storefront that has been the home of F Rozzo and Sons since the late 1920s, though the business has been around since 1900.

Rozzo describes the relationships he has with fish mongers and chefs in order to bring the people of NYC the freshest, highest quality fish.
