The video shows how the New Yorker Bagels factory pumps out 250,000 bagels a day, serving Universities, WholeFoods, Hotels. 

Did we mention they also distribute bagels to about 900 coffee carts and 900 bodegas? Your favorite breakfast cart dude could be serving you a bagel from New Yorker Bagels.
