We know we were all sick of the heat this summer, but are you missing the sunny weather even just a teensy little bit?

So do the folks at Greenpointers.com, who are hosting a tropical-themed holiday market, so you can finish up your Christmas shopping while pretending we're not in for three 3-4 months of grey slush.

They'll be at Greenpoint Loft on Sunday, December 11th decked out with Santa hats, leis, hula skirts, and bells. Join them at 1 p.m. until 7 p.m. to discover high quality gifts from local artisans and crafters.

As reported by Time Out NY, there will be a henna tattoo station, a nail bar, massages, and a mural created by artist Colleen Blackard for all your 'gramming needs.

Retail Space, Babetown, and Shining Mirrors will be providing live tunes to serenade your mini- island getaway.

To further transport you to that island life, they'll also be serving mojitos made with Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum– if you're dedicated to the holidays already though, they'll also have Hungarian Mulled Wine to warm you up.

There will also be locally brewed small batch seasonal craft beer thanks to Greenpoint Beer & Ale. Sounds like a party!
